I worked today for fifty minutes. I was going to be there for two hours, but the shipment of plants didn't come in, and I had already watered everything the day before. That left me with a whole lot of NOTHING to do. So I wandered around the store for a little while and blew up some balloons, and watered very few plants. In the middle of my watering, a guy who worked for Kellogg's (yeah, like the cereal) came up to me and asked if I worked in the floral department. I said yes, and he asked me about the gift baskets (or junk food baskets as we call them) and I say that I had made all of them. He explains that he works for Kellogg's and wanted to know how I picked what items go into each basket, and I tell him that I just choose foods that I think go together (like chips and dip). He took particular interest in the SpongeBob-themed basket that I'd made (it's my favorite one!), and said that I'd used all Kellogg products. He asked if he could take a picture of the basket to send to the company because he wanted them to see it, and of course I said he could! It was awesome that someone thought that basket was as cute as I thought it was, haha! So he takes the picture and tells me that the basket was cool and really creative and he had been thinking of doing things like that, but hadn't seen anyone actually do it. Then, as a thank you, he gives me two movie tickets on behalf of the Kellogg's company. That made my day! I wasn't at work long AT ALL, but that's what happened while I was there. I was really happy when I left, haha!
So here are some pictures that I took while I was at work (most of them aren't from today. Just the one of the Kellogg's gift certificate), and now Daniel gets to see what a Winn-Dixie looks like! Yay! Haha! Actually, the pictures I took inside of the store look a lot brighter than it looks when I'm actually working...it seems so much darker when I'm working. I didn't have the flash on (someone would have noticed that I was taking pictures, haha!).

My work mugshot, haha!

Candy bouquets...I made most of them. Imagine making 100+ of those for major holidays
